Our signs are made of acrylic boards and LED strip lights, making them more durable and sustainable than traditional glass neon signs. The acrylic base is lightweight, UV and weather-resistant. We use flexible ILumoS LED strip lights with visible individual chips covered by high-quality silicone that creates uniform light.
Each standard sign comes with a 12V power supply, either an AC adapter or a battery pack, depending on your chosen option. You can also add optional extras at checkout for an additional cost, including a dimmer, Wi-Fi controller, wall-mount kit, or waterproofing.
The cable length is generally within a meter and a half. However, you can request a specific length when needed.
No, as a standard. However, we advise adding our waterproofing option for complete safety when placed outdoors. This will protect against direct rain, strong jets of water, and humidity (IP44), but is not suitable for submersion.
Once your order is placed, if you selected the mock-up option, we will send you a design proof for confirmation before your sign goes into production. If you did not choose this option, your order will go straight into the production queue. Once your sign has been completed, it will be handed over to our dispatch team for packing and collection by the courier.
We can turn almost any design into a neon sign. To ensure the best possible quality and finish, we may make small adjustments where needed. For example, serif fonts may be simplified into cleaner styles, and bold or filled elements are usually converted into outlines. These refinements are part of the process and help us achieve a precise, high-quality result using LED tubing.
You can upload your own design directly through our website or create a custom sign using our online editor, where you can choose from a variety of fonts and styles.
As all of our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke items. However, if there is any issue with your sign, our team will be more than happy to assist and find a solution for you.

Yes, we provide worldwide delivery.
There is no limit on the size of your sign when shipped internationally, but we advise a consultation with our customer service team first.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from a courier with the tracking number.
You can return any unused ready-made items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that custom signs are bespoke products and are not eligible for return. All items must be returned within 30 days to qualify.
We do not accept returns of custom signs due to their personalised nature. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that the refund amount may be reduced if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
Yes, all of our signs come with a warranty. Waterproof and splashproof signs are covered for 12 months, while indoor signs include a 24-month warranty.
If your sign stops working properly, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help. If the issue falls within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. For issues outside of warranty, we can still assist with repairs, which may incur a charge.
