Really love my new light, it was delivered perfectly wrapped no damage, but without the remote control dimmer so I emailed customer service and they sent it out to me the next day, so happy with my light, it was exactly what I wanted for my bedroom.
Everyone at PlanetNeon were so helpful and were patient in explaining how everything worked so we ended up with just what we wanted. Would recommend.
In the end, we received a nice product, even though the first version had a nasty scratch and the sign needed to be remade.
What really caught me by surprise during the process was that the fonts offered in the online designer are only indicative, and a person will create a production mockup, apparently freehand, based on them. So caveat emptor: you really have to pay attention to the mockup to make sure it is to your liking. I had to request quite a few changes to make it look close enough to the font I had seen in the online designer.
Really loved the personalised neon sign which was perfect (aside from there being no screws included to install). However, delivery was slow. They missed the quoted deadline but at least tried to expedite once I chased.
