How can I calculate my delivery time?
Delivery times begin on the next working day after your order has been processed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

There is no limit on the size of your sign when shipped internationally, but we advise a consultation with our customer service team first.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from a courier, including the tracking number.
Why am I receiving more than one tracking number?
If your order is being sent in multiple boxes, each box will have its own specific tracking number. This ensures you can track each part of your order separately until everything arrives.
I have several tracking numbers but only received one parcel, why is that?
This is unusual, but it can happen. Couriers may deliver parcels on different days, especially if they are shipped in separate packages. Rest assured, your other parcels should arrive soon.
Why is my order pending at customs for several days?
Depending on the courier, customs may require additional documentation to clear your order. If you notice that your tracking information shows a customs delay, please contact your local courier to find out which documents are needed to process and deliver your order.
As an individual, do I need to provide any extra information?
Depending on your specific country, you may be required to provide a power of attorney document to authorise the delivery. Please check with your local courier for any additional requirements.
As a business, do I need to provide extra information?
The most common document requested for businesses is the tax number to clear your parcel through customs. If your business is not VAT registered, please do not include your business name on the order. Doing so may delay the delivery, as the courier won’t be able to complete the delivery and may be forced to return the parcel to us.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, the courier will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please contact your local courier to arrange redelivery.
